1. How can I book an appointment?

All bookings are accepted through text, instagram direct message or by following booking links. Once your appointment is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

2. Do you take walk-ins?

Unfortunately, we do not take walk-ins. All services are by appointment only. This ensures that we can provide each client with the dedicated time and attention they deserve.

3. What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within the 48-hour window will incur a cancellation fee, as outlined in our Cancellation Policy. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment using the link provided in your confirmation email or by contacting us directly.

4. Do I need to prepare for my appointment?

Yes! Each treatment has its own set of pre-care guidelines to help you achieve the best results. For example, for brow shaping or waxing, please avoid exfoliating products and sun exposure before your appointment. 5. How long do results from a lash lift & tint last?

Results from a lash lift and tint typically last between 6-8 weeks, depending on your natural lash growth cycle. To maintain the lift, we recommend avoiding waterproof mascara and oil-based products on your lashes.

6. Can I wear makeup after my appointment?

For the best results, we recommend avoiding makeup for at least 24 hours after treatments like brow shaping, lamination, or waxing. This gives the skin and treated area time to recover and prevents irritation.

7. What should I do if I’m running late for my appointment?

If you’re running late, please give us a call as soon as possible. Depending on how late you are, we may not be able to complete your full treatment, or in some cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment. Please note that fees may apply if we need to shorten or cancel your appointment due to lateness.

8. What happens if I forget my appointment?

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not contact us, it will be considered a no-show, and the no show appointment fee may be charged according to our no-show policy.

9. Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds on services or booking fees within 48hrs of your appointment. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

10. How do I care for my brows or lashes after my treatment?

Aftercare is essential for maintaining your results. We recommend avoiding water, makeup, and oil-based products on your brows or lashes for 24 hours after your treatment. For detailed post-care instructions, visit our Pre and Post Care page.

11. Do you provide services for sensitive skin?

Yes! We take extra care to provide gentle services for clients with sensitive skin. Please let us know in advance if you have any skin sensitivities, allergies, or conditions, so we can tailor the treatment to your needs.
