Christmas/ New Year appointments 🎄

Cancellations: Any appointment cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a charge of 50% of the total service cost.


No-Show Policy: Failure to attend your appointment or cancellations made within 1 hour of your scheduled time will be classified as a no-show and will result in a charge of the full appointment amount.


Late Arrivals: If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged the full amount.
 Service Modifications: If you decide to modify or decline the full service upon arrival, you will still be charged for the full amount of the original appointment.

Please understand that this is an exceptionally busy period for us, and every appointment is carefully scheduled to ensure we can provide the best service to each client. Any changes or cancellations not only affect our schedule, but also prevent another client from securing an appointment before Christmas.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we aim to provide flexibility to our clients.

  • Rescheduling and cancellations can be done online up to 48 hours prior to your appointment. You can easily make changes by clicking the cancel/reschedule button found in your confirmation email.

  • For any changes within 48 hours of your appointment, please call us as soon as possible. If we do not answer your call or if it's outside business hours, please email us at hello@thecontouredbrow.com.

  • Texting or Instagram Direct Messaging will be accepted for cancellation or rescheduling requests. Any cancellation or rescheduling via these channels will be considered a no-show.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 48-hour window, cancellation fees may apply. Our cancellation fees are as follows:

If you are to cancel within 48hrs of your appointment your 50% deposit will be deducted from your appointment as a cancellation fee.

Refund Policy

At The Contoured Brow, we have the following refund policies in place:

  • Services and booking fees are refundable if the appointment is cancelled outside of the 48hr cancellation policy. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you decide the service or product does not meet your needs.

  • For pre-paid treatments, if you decide to cancel or do not fulfill the remainder of your prepaid treatments, the full treatment cost will be forfeited.

  • For products, please refer to our detailed Refund Policy.

  • If you are requiring a refund or have any problems with our service or policies please contact The Contoured Brow directly.

Late Arrival

  • If you arrive late to your appointment, we may not be able to complete your treatment in full. A partial treatment may be provided at the discretion of The Contoured Brow, depending on the remaining time.

  • In the case that there is insufficient time to perform the treatment, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment, and a fee of 50% of the original treatment price will be applicable.

Liability

We exercise all due care and skill when treating our clients. However, reactions or infections can occur up to 48 hours post-treatment. By booking with us, you release The Contoured Brow from any liability for injury, illness, or adverse reactions resulting from the treatment.

Health Conditions

Please inform us of any relevant health conditions when booking your appointment. Certain treatments may not be suitable depending on your condition.

  • If you are using topical skin medications, activated skin creams, serums, cleansers, or acne medication, it is essential that you notify your specialist before each appointment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if you present to your appointment while unwell. In such cases, the booking fee will be forfeited.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Fees

  • Cancellations and rescheduling requests within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee.

  • For no-shows or last-minute cancellations, a 50% cancellation fee of the original booking will be charged.

  • If you reschedule your appointment within the 24-hour window, a rescheduling fee of 50% of the treatment price may apply.
